Hotshotz Instant Reusable Heat Pack Warmer 5x9 Green

Purchased at the beauty show in vegas. Was told hot water is all that’s needed to revert back to gel and would be great to use for clients - im a massage therapists. The heat works gray - unfortunately hot water does not revert the pack back to gel. I realized instructions were right on packs -this was not pointed out by the rep. The process to convert back to gel to reuse is not convenient at all. You have to wrap in a cloth and boil the pack until it completely dissolves all the crystals- not a 10 min process - and if all crystals are not completely dissolved- the paks reharden and you can’t use. Who wants to boil paks at work or has a stove top to do so. I purchased an extra pak for my 78year old mother to use- way to complicated or time consuming for her to use. She will stick to her microwaveable rice pack. I emailed the rep/ company and so far no response. Idea of the pak sounds amazing until you need to get it revert back to liquid.

I first bought an HotShotz 5x9 heat pack at a home show. I tried the sample but not the one I purchased. When I tried it at home the button that activates the heat did not work. I tried for 5 months to get a replacement. I never heard from the distributor nor the manufacturer. I would not have taken a chance but my friend needed packs that heat without using a microwave. She tells me that they are working just as advertised.
