Paradise HerbsOrac Energy, Protein & Greens, 14 Ounces

I am now almost finished with my third jar of the slimming greens, One jar lasting me a little over a month, and I have been using it faithfully every day except for a few days where I missed. I definitely notice that it decreases, it does not eliminate, but it definitely decreases my cravings for binging on sugar and junk food after I get off work, which then helps me to follow through and do a quick workout and makes me want to stick with eating a healthier dinner with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. I mix one small scoop in a shaker bottle full of ice water, one or two lemon wedge squeezes, and one Stevia packet. To me, it has a tea flavor and it's definitely not bad and kind of good if you dilute it enough with water. I drink it around 10 AM. I definitely would not call this a quick fix, but combined with trying to bump up your exercise, it helps decrease cravings and eat healthier with the overall effect of losing weight in a healthy, steady way. Plus, even on the days when I splurge, I still feel like I am getting my greens, so that is good. The one con and disappointment is, it is expensive for what you get, and it is ridiculous that they send it in such a big jar when it is only a third of the way full, marketing ploy as usual. HOWEVER, I do admit, if you are looking for just the garcinia cambogia supplements and green tea supplements, these two by themselves are quite expensive, so considering you get both in addition to the greens, I would say it is a fair comparable value.

Good for fiber. Taste is good with apple juice. The vitamin collection is outstanding. Easy on digestion. Light powder. Have bought this products at least 10X.

Tastes awful, but works really great!! If you mix it with juice and drink it REALLY FAST, that helps. It does make me less hungry, but not in a diet pill sort of way. I am noticing belly fat shrinking also.

Been using this stuff for over a year as a greens supplement since i don 't usually get enough greens during the course of the average day. This is definitely a winner with me! Taste good, dissolves easily with a small mixer/blender and my "system" seems to like it too!

Worst tasting green powder mix I’ve ever had and you can literally see the sand they use as a filler settle at the bottom, if you mix it in a water bottle. How do I get my money back?

I will update this review based on whether it works but I just received it and it TASTES FINE. Four stars for what it is--green stuff. Obviously it is not going to be as delicious as your favorite beverage, be that Chardonnay, Diet Coke or a Starbucks frappuchino. But based on the reviews you would think it is almost un-drinkable. I didn't get this to sip and enjoy it for flavor. I got it for the ingredients and, hopefully, healthy results.Follow up 9/11/17... I think this product works. It doesn't really decrease my appetite noticably like some of the other reviewers (darn) but I have enjoyed more than my usual amount of decadent dinners complete with wine and desserts lately, haven't exercised any more, maybe even a little less, and don't seem to have gained weight.

This product is fantastic. Heloed me fight my food cravings while bored at work throughout the day.

I don't think these ingredients can be found in any othe rone item. Price is ok. Flavor is best mixed with juice.
