Bluetooth Headphones,Wireless Neckband with Retractable Earbuds Bluetooth Headsets for for iPhone/Samsung/Sony/iPad and other Bluetooth Device (960 PINK)

This is not a review to single out this brand or seller. I have tried these headsets and no matter where I get them from there is a problem. They constantly disconnect and reconnect when the device (Note 5) is in my hand or somewhere very close. They've even disconnected in the middle of a call (I know they're charged). So I give up wasting money on different brands trying to see if they'll work. I hate I'm having the problems I've had with them because I like the style, retractable feature, lightweight and convenience of being hands-free. Hope others have better success with them than I have had.

This is a great wireless devise to use to listen to music etc. I have been using it to listen to audio books it's great. The ONLY negative is that it already doesn't retract the wired ear piece completely. I was concerned that this would occur, so I was very careful with it, but it happened anyway. I'm not sure how to make that not happen.

This product is a piece of CRAP!!!!! HAD IT FOR LESS THAN 2 MONTHS (MAY 26, 2016) and the right ear bud doesn't work. I paid almost $40 for this junk to work for 1 1/2 months. IT IS NOVEMBER 10TH AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY. PRODUCT SUCKS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.!!!!!!!!

Returned it. Within a month of normal use the product stopped working

I absolutely love this headset! I would recommend to anyone. The sound quality is great and great price!

It worked fine at first then it would unpair by itself. Before ibwent out of town this past weekend and the right ear plug stopped working all together

**Update**Customer contacted my on their own about their low star review and offered to replace or refund this product. Customer Service was prompt and very quick to respond. Good customer service is very rare these days. I loved these and look forward to having a working pair.Worked great for about 3 months and then the right side just stopped working.
