I didn't know there was four different types
Each colour is a different level of resistance from easy to hard.There is no drop down option to pick which one you want when buying.I was sent a pink one when I would have preferred a blue one for a greater level of resistance.

Misleading and expensive rip off: you only get one
Normally, these are sold in a pack of 4, which is what I thought I was getting. However, I only received one, and it was pink, like everyone else. I would have preferred a higher resistance. Very expensive for a piece of colored rubber

Not fit for purpose!
I bought the Fortress red flex bar for my tennis elbow. Red is medium resistance I believe.I didn't want something too challenging to start with.I already have a green Thera Band Flex Bar which is firm but I found the Fortress flex bar simply not fit for purpose.It's in the bin!

Misleading
Item was great but the description of item was not. I ordered this thinking I would get 4 in one packet to work towards (as there was no drop down to choose tension) received today with only 1 in the packet. Needs to say clearer you only get one. Because how do you choose a harder one?
