Yes, you have no doubt heard it before but it is the truth. If you urinate a lot from a water pill for your blood pressure you are loosing potassium. If your blood work shows it just pick these up and take like one a day or one every other day. Trust me you DO NOT want to end up in the ER with low potassium as it can and will kill you.

I order these all the time. The only thing that is not my favorite is they are not coated well and can be hard to swallow. I think it is probably me because I take them with other pills and I throw them all in my mouth. My drink gets them down all except for the potassium. I drink again and sometimes I get lucky and sometimes not. I throw it out. Otherwise no complaints.
