My nails were just crumbling. I thought I was gonna die. (That's what some videos described) Routine Dr. visit and she told me to get this stuff. I now have nails like a Grizzly Bear, and I need a hack saw to trim them.

I was losing my hair, a lot of it, so I started taking this and was surprised how fast I noticed I was losing less hair...still losing it, but not in such big handfuls.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:You don’t need the expensive brands. These work just as well! My hair and nails grow so fast and healthy.. I also use collagen powder though too.

This works very, very good. My fingernails have always been strong and healthy. Suddenly around December they started breaking. I would keep them low, but they still cracked and broke in odd places. I think it’s my auto immune disease. Anyway, I bought biotin and within two months they become healthy again. AND my eyelashes are growing thicker~ added bonus! I noticed that a few months in and was surprised!

I would have to say this product works very well for me. I have been struggling to gain my hair back from all the stress I was under having my kids, this really helped me. I have gain my hair back and started to feel amazing again.
