Active Kyds Adjustable Yellow Hard Hat for Kids Construction Costume (Small)

The hard hat is of fantastic quality, very similar to real, adult hard hats - but a bit smaller than I thought it would have been. I got it to use with my 6 year old, and it's too small for him, even if I were to remove the inner adjustable piece......so this is a good hard hat for anyone under 4 years old (it did fit my 3 year old, but he doesn't do hats of any kind), older than that - might at well get a real, adult hard hat instead (they are adjustable for smaller heads).

These are truly beautiful, durable and well constructed hats - even better than the 'real thing'. I was sad they were too small for my twin toddlers, and ended up returning them, which was hassle free. My boys heads measure 20" and 19.5", both did not fit. If your toddler has a smaller head, this will be a beautiful and well loved hat for you!

Got it for my grand kids, 5 year old granddaughter and 2 year old grandson. To go with tool belts, safety glasses, and work gloves so they can work along Dad in building a playhouse Pirate ship. Fits them both well and they love them!

Bought it so my daughter could pretend to be like dad, but I think this would pass safety standards for like a child touring a mill or other industrial environment. The plastic is high quality, and the head piece is as good as mine (not as easily adjusted). Would be great if it came with a small pair of safety glasses, and a way to snap on some ear muffs.

Great hat! I put some black vinyl on it to customize it to match his daddy's. According to the label, it's a real hard hat - like OSHA compliant, take it on a job site. I'm using it for fun, and don't see the need to take the 10 month old anywhere so dangerous that protective gear would be warranted, but I think it speaks to the quality of the little hat. It's really a bit overkill for my purposes. It's legit looking, because it's actually legit. It even has a little chin strap so he can be adorable wether he wants to or not! Fun times!

Purchased the small size for my three-year, four-month old toddler, and he loves it. Overall, it seems well made, but even on the largest setting, it barely doesn't fit! Granted, he's got a big head. I chose the size based on the age range in the description (1-4 years), rather than the head circumference listed (18.5" to 21"), so that was my mistake. Just measured my toddler's head, and it's 21.5", so the description's fit guide send accurate. Will return for the medium size.

The hat fits my 2 year old great-grandson very well and the adjustability means he will be able to use it for several years to come. He really looks great wearing it while operating his pedal powered CAT front-end loader/backhoe. Very satisfied.

So impressed with this little helmet!!! This is a hard hat that is actually functional - Not just a flimsy toy. The fit was excellent, love how adjustable it is, we were able to get a snug secure fit for our 3 year old! Very Nice quality very durable, overall a great little hard hat!!

This appears to be a real helmet, as opposed to a toy (we thought we were getting the latter). So pretty good price.

This little hard hat is well constructed, adjustable and has some padding. Looks like lots of fun hours. It even came a day early.

Solid construction. Like the addition of a strap to secure the hat.

Good quality and it’s good that it is adjustable...It’s not too big for my son who is 8 months old...so it will fit him perfectly on his 1st birthday

Very cute, actually looks like a real constrution hat. Has the inserts on the inside as well for the size!
