I have had this fire pit for over 3 years now and we love it. It has great heat output and still looks brilliant, like new. We do keep it covered when not in use but it has been used for 3 summers now and been kept outside each winter under it's cover. I would definitely buy it again!

Heater looks good, sturdy once built and gives out good amount of heat and looks fab when lit. Can’t wait to make use of it.It is fiddly to start the build off and will need two people or there will be a lot of swearing! It needs a guard to stop the wind blowing the flames about which we’ve ordered elsewhere. The bowl that holds the coals isn’t deep enough so you can’t put the lid back on and there aren’t enough coals to cover the ring as the instructions tell you to do. However, this was easily solved by adding a layer of dry gravel at the bottom and adding a carefully layer thin layer of coals on top.

Fantastic product. Great quality and looks contemporary.Assembled in no time, takes a 6kg propane bottle and produces heat to all sat around.

Made in China, aluminium bolts are poor, but when put together it looks lovely and the heat out put is sufficient. Takes ages to cool down so cover can’t be put on for at least four hours after use.

Excellent fire pit and pretty easy to put together. Very sturdy and good quality

Paid a lot of money for this for it to arrive with parts missing although the description says that everything is fully checked before dispatch

I purchased this product and was initially pleasedbut now after less than nine months deeply disappointedAfter installation I called the seller asking if they could supply flame guard's which they could not. On a high setting the surrounds are unsafe to use as flame can move in a light breeze. The unit is heavy even without the gas bottle and could be improved with wheels rather than levelling pins . Now after less than nine months the unit is showing rust all over the surface, the seller claim that is because it was not wrapped in a cover (which was not supplied) and they are taking no responsibility. The unit has been stored outside under cover for the whole period and apparently cannot live with any water on the surface
