Excellent Value, A strong choice!
I recently got my hands on a Resistance Bands Set, and after putting it through its paces, I've got the lowdown to share. While it may not offer the lengthiest extension compared to other options on the market, the quality and durability it brings to the table make it a standout choice, especially for those on a budget.Let's dive into the details:Pros:Affordable Excellence: One of the standout features of this set is its price point. It won't break the bank, making it a practical choice for those looking to invest in their fitness without emptying their wallets.Top-Notch Quality: Despite its budget-friendly nature, the resistance bands boast impressive quality. The material feels durable and capable of handling intense workouts without showing signs of wear and tear.Strong Resistance: Don't let the price fool you—the resistance provided by these bands is no joke. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a beginner looking to amp up your workouts, the strong resistance levels cater to a wide range of fitness levels.Cons:Slightly Smaller Extension: One thing to note is that these bands offer a slightly smaller extension compared to some competitors. While it may not be a dealbreaker for most exercises, individuals with a larger range of motion might find it a tad limiting. In conclusion, if you're in the market for a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality and resistance, this Resistance Bands Set is a solid choice. While the extension might be a bit smaller, the overall performance and value for money make it a winner in my book."

Very flexible to multitask exercises
I’ve had a set since lockdown, still in use and would not like to be without them

Great whilst it lasts
Great product for a great price. Unfortunately the red one snapped in half during mid workout. I normally use the black, red and blue together but for some reason the red one broke on me (and its the strongest out of all bands). Guess I have to make do with the green and yellow bands to make up the difference (whilst they last).

One year on.
I decided to write a review because I'm probably coming from a different perspective than most other users.I'm 72 and used free weights with a workout bench, barbell and dumbbells at home for 30 years. A few years ago I decided it might be dangerous to stress my body to that extent because of my age and stopped using them. However I wanted to keep toned to maintain my independence while avoiding the risk of maybe being trapped under a heavy weight if I lost control of it because I live alone so there's no one to spot me. During Prime week (October) last year I spotted these resistance bands and decided they would allow me to limit the resistance to my actual strength safely. They are cheap and easy to store when not in use so I thought it was worth a try.I have to say I am very satisfied with them. I have used them with and without the door anchors and initially just tried to replicate the free weights exercises which was fine but I found full body workouts that made better use of their properties by looking around on Youtube. I tend to use 70lbs for workouts - a combination of 50+20 with handles and 40+30 without so I can wrap them round my hands if I need a little extra tension. I'd advise workout gloves for that. For squats I add the 10lb band. I've also changed from doing 4 sets of each exercise twice a week to 2 sets for 4 days a week because I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so stamina is a problem, which is why I also bought en electric bike. I'm frankly surprised to find that not only am I maintaining my muscle mass, I'm actually gaining some in all areas and It only takes 20-30 mins per session which is an important factor for me. I guess I chose an effective workout routine.Obviously it would be easy to increase all of the factors I've listed about my workout to achieve more gains but that is not what I am after. Finally, the bands and extras are not showing any appreciable deterioration after a year. I found that the velcro on the ankle straps didn't hold hold very well so stopped using them pretty quickly but I haven't really needed them. A minor irritation is that the bag for storing them burst along a seam in a short time but now I just hang the bands on a supporting strut of a set of shelves when not in use. I do all the exercises in a fairly small space in my living room so there's very little disturbance to my day to day living routines.I hope this will be useful to someone considering these.

Adequate for beginners, but resistance significantly less than described)
Seems well made, not sure about accuracy of weight/ resistance (seems pretty weak), definitely nowhere near to 150lbs with them combined. Also only received 1 door anchor. Other than that seems appropriately described.
