Amazing little knife...
I came across this knife while shopping for a fixed blade under 3 inches and instantly took a liking to it for a few reasons:- Its made in the USA.- Collaboration between H&K and Benchmade.- Sand/tan with black makes me happy.- Legal to open carry in LA County (Under three inches) Lame, I know... But this knife is a pleasure to carry daily. The blade is extremely sharp out of the box. Can easily cut through cardboard like butter, which is a plus especially for work. The unique angle is comfortable as well. The kydex sheath is very well made; amazing retention and love the fact that you can only pull the blade out in its intended direction. Belt clip is very strong; sheath will remain rock-solid on your belt while unsheathing your blade.Only cons are the high price, and the grivory grip could be slightly better. I would definitely buy again!

great little functional knife. way overpriced. I can get a substantial Cold Steel knife for $70. $40-$50 would be a fair price.
great knife! too expensive!

Good knife, but..
Great quality knife, VERY SMALL. Going compact is one thing, but this is tiny!! Not worth the price.

One of my favorite small backup knives
One of my favorite small backup knives. I have a few different ones from Boker, CRKT, Ka-Bar... This has become my go-to favorite. It's just the right size, very light, very sharp and the sheath clips perfectly to a belt. It tucks away nicely under a shirt or jacket and stays firmly in place. I carry this on me every time I step out my front door in NYC. The knife laws here suck so I can't legally carry a folder so this is my new best friend. I'd recommend it to anyone, and for the price, you can't beat it.BASE 5 : NYC

Made in USA
MADE IN USA. That's the prime reason I purchased this knife over the kabar. The blade is sharp, sheath has excellent retention. It has a nice compact size which is comfortable to wear and easily and securely attaches to packs, straps, my sun visor, ect. The clip attaches to either side allowing ambidextrous use.
