I broke my original canon eye piece and the canon website is always sold out of them. These fit perfect on my 80D and I'm happy I have an extra.

I needed a replacement.

A perfect fit on my EOS 90D. If I didn't know any better, I'd think these were Canon OEM.

Worked okay, but not as sturdy as I'd like. Rubber split after few uses, compared to the years of my original one.

I always keep several on hand. I even gave out two to other canon users that i notice had lost the OVF pad

Fits and feels like OEM

These actually seem to fit a little tighter than the OEM product which means I'm less likely to loose it. So far it's been exactly what I was needing. Cheap, easy to install and works well.

Purchased as a spare for my OEM eyepiece, I'm disappointed that these are hardly robust. The biggest headache is how easily the rubber padding can slip off the rest of the eyepiece, with no firm connection to the rest of the structure. Casually brush it on your shirt, pants, coat, bag, etc., and off it comes. Never happened with the OEM eyepiece. I've been tempted to see about gluing the rubber on, but then again its not something a consumer should need to do. Build quality for the rest of the structure is also questionable, since I'm still trying to figure out how an internal plastic piece managed to snap off WITHOUT the rubber piece it was supposed to be holding not falling off.If you're not going to be using your camera very heavily, these might work okay. Otherwise, don't be surprised when you get out your camera, and the eyepiece is missing something.
