Q: My husband is 6'5" what size will be long enough

I went with the waist size otherwise they wouldn't fit: be too small or too big. I'm 6'3" & 32" inch waist so went for the medium, & they're long enough. I would go with whatever his waist size is.

They're non elasticated. The material seems to be good quality and they are very comfortable for lounging in.

Not sure. My husband's a size 32" waist and they fitted him well. There is quite a lot of give in the waist band but you may be better with the medium. Hope this helps, but I would say really nice fitting warm joggers.
