Misleading sale and Amazon has not resolved issues
My cat loves these snacks. They are good for her teeth and she finds them delicious. I like that they don’t have any animal derivatives in them.But I have bought many times from another supplier who discontinued them so I know what RRP price they are. Amazon U.K. have advertised this as 8x40g and it is charged accordingly but have repeatedly failed to resolve an issue for me by understanding they have not fulfilled the order and by sending me the outstanding packets. A follow up dispatch sent me one additional packet and not the remaining 7 packets.I have even sent them links to Amazon Germany where this product range is sold individually and in packets of 8 to show them evidence and equivalent pricing to prove that they are not sending the complete orders as described on their listing. This is a problem where amazon have one image representedin the product photo and the units pictured does not match the description or pricing and they cannot comprehend this at all
