When I opened the baggy it came in The earbud fell off when I barely touched it,the same for the second earbud they did not work and no sound came out of them

Disappointed
The earbuds sounds great with music. However, it doesn't work with my Samsung phone. You can't hear the other person and it causes an annoying sounds. For that reason, 2 stars.
