Be patient and practice as you discover yourself.
A grat discovery of myself on my road and search for the Truth. Well organized in explaining complicated processes. Very up front and truthful in how the author walked the road of discovery by trail and error and guidance from the Creator of All There Is. She writes from experience and not from theory. This is not a book of magic formulas. It's a book of know how and as such, requires practice and above all trust in the Creator that heal us continually what holds us down from being the wonderful beings that we're. I recommend that you read it slowly as you put into practice each page several times in a way that you begin talking from experience connecting the links that take you to the next stop for which your soul is leading you to live more fully your Devine essence.
