The glasses I ordered arrived with a hairline crack in the lens.

Revo's Sport Sunglasses come nicely packaged and protected. The hard shell case is large and bulky, but they also provide a fabric pouch for when you need a smaller case. The case needs to be large to accommodate the sunglasses. They aren't particularly over-sized but they have a curved frame that needs to be accommodated.The glasses are made from a matte finished plastic. The plastics used are high quality and there are touches of rubberized plastic inside the arms of the glasses by the ears, along the inside top edge, and for the nose pads. The lenses are large and mirrored. The lens quality is very high and provides a crystal clear view with effective polarization. The arms of the glasses open and close smoothly.Despite the glasses's large size they are lightweight and very comfortable. I can easily wear them for hours without issue. I like the way they hold snugly to my head without be uncomfortably tight. They don't slide down my nose. The glasses are more sporty than fashionable, but they certainly aren't ugly or ungainly. They have a refined look and feel.All in all... great sunglasses.

I’m a sunglasses junkie and wear lots of different brands such as Oakley, Maui Jim, Costa Del Mar, Smith, Ray-Ban, POC, and Hobie. However, this is my pair of Revos and until now I wasn’t familiar with them. The first thing I noticed about these sunglasses is the lens quality. It’s outstanding; second to none. The clarity is crisp and perfect. This frame (Round) is a wrap around style that’s pretty chunky. I have a fairly thin and oval face so they’re a bit bigger than I’m used to for everyday wear. But I wouldn’t say they’re too big. They do have some weight to them though which I’m not crazy about and they feel a little tight. If they cost less money I’d be more forgiving but since they’re very expensive ($279!) I’m deducting a star. Revo is definitely on my radar now but I do think they need to come down in price to compete with my favorite brands.

I owned a pair of Revo sunglasses over 20 years ago and lost them and never got over it. Maybe that's why I've never purchased another pair and switched to brands like Ray-Bans. Regardless, the Dexter by Revo are amazing for one reason - the lenses.Being perfectly honest, I'm not super into the shape Revo chose for the Dexter, described on the product page as a "sport frame with large, square wrap design". That design is a little too close to the 'dude-bro' Oakley design from the early 2000s but just sufficiently square that they're wearable.But one step outside with the Revo Dexters on and...wow! The lenses just make everything looks so good. It's like switching from regular TV to HD - the difference is that dramatic. I'm not just exaggerating here either. The lenses have to be seen (thru) to believe.We've had some hazy, cloudy days in my area recently with a hot, humid blanket settling in and the Revo Dexter frames have just been stellar. Even on days when I wouldn't normally wear my Oakley's or Ray-Bans I have the Revo's on because the lenses are that good.My wife, tired of hearing me rave about the lenses, tried these on herself and even remarked how good it made everything look.Lenses aside, Revo made some terrifically comfortable sunglasses with the Dexter. The nosepiece and top of the frames are coated in a soft, pliable silicone-like material. It keeps the frames from sliding and I'm assuming also help keep sweat off the brow (the top strip of material, anyway). The temples are sturdy and thick and overall very comfortable.Do I recommend these? Sure, definitely for the lenses alone. However, as I said, the overall styling is not my favorite but I'll wear them everyday regardless. The lenses make these the best sunglasses I own.

I ordered Black Frame with Sage green lenses and I am completely satisfied with what I received. The hard shell case is very nice and will protect the glasses from anything that I will throw at them. I’m not willing to try but I have a feeling I could throw the case against a wall without damaging the glasses inside. These glasses provide great coverage on my head and the polarized lenses are great.I have a lot of expensive glasses and these are going to be my go to pair for now. I don’t know if it’s just me but I wear my glasses tight to my face and I always smudge the inside on my lenses with my eyebrow area which can be very annoying. This is the first pair of glasses I’ve encountered that combat this annoyance. The lenses are recessed enough to stop this and that is what will put these on my first to grab list. Revo also added rubberized material at the brow area which is a nice touch and feels good on my head. These would work great for mountain biking but I’m not willing to take a chance since crashing is something I’m prone to.All and all these glasses are built like a tank, they are well thought out and I am 100% satisfied.

These are great. They work perfectly and they look fantastic. Tough, durable, stylish. Light yet built like a tank. Great for work, sports, outdoors and even events where style is more in order. No negatives or concerns. 6 Stars!!! That said, they are expensive--lots of other quality options in this price range, so it's worth doing your research and shopping around. I like these a lot.

I also have sunglasses that are super lightweight with thin wire frames, but those can get damaged very easily. These Revo Dexter sunglasses are much more substantial and can take some abuse. Although these are heavier, they are still very comfortable. In fact I was surprised how comfy they are. The optics are among the best I’ve tried so far. I love the smoky green lens. Very sharp optics, great contrast, wonderful for outdoor activities on very sunny days.
