Please be noted that the adapter is uni-directional, which means it only transfers signal from your device (with DisplayPort) as a source to your monitor (with HDMI) as display. If you need an HDMI to DisplayPort Cable instead of DP to HDMI, please shop for cables with a USB power supply feature and unfortunately we do not sell these products currently. Hi customer, thank you for asking. Please be noted that the adapter you are interested in is a uni-directional DP to HDMI adaptor. It only works to convert from DisplayPort source to HDMI display. It means you have to connect device (with displayport) to monitor(with hdmi port). It would not work if it is another way around. To my knowledge, ps4 only has HDMI port so it cannot use this adaptor. For the cable you have, I suggest you query about the seller directly: whether it is a bi-direction solution.
