My 11 year old daughter loves this series. Great wholesome books!

My daughter loves anything written by Nancy Rue. She went from a reluctant reader to a girl who can finish a book in 2 days.She has love, the Sophie series, the Lucy series and now the Lily series. Nancy Rue did not disappoint. The best part is that the books are safe and clean for a young Christian girl to enjoy.

this book was perfect for my daughter. I really liked all of the stories and it was a good read for her too.

My granddaughter loved getting another Lilly book.She loves all of the Lilly books and Lilly Robbin MD was no exception.

Lily Robbins, M.D. is a fun book about Lily and her wacky experiences pretending to be a real, live doctor. Nancy Rue has outdone herself on this book, for I can really feel what Lily and her friends are feeling, and pretend I'm there. I absolutely adore reading about her adventures! Once again, Lily Robbins has fully captured my heart and attention.Even though the title's a bit scary, The Body Book isn't all that terrifying. It's actually quite interesting, with lots of helpful info that can pull you through the tough times before puberty hits. There are tests and quizzes that will help you find the real you as a bonus too. This book has really helped me understand the journey into womanhood, and it will help you also!These books are both great for pre-teens to read. I especially like The Body Book and the opportunity it gives parents to share with their daughters. Sometimes us parents don't have all the answers and this is a wonderful supplement to get the information to our girls that they need. There are lots of Q&A's inside that answer the questions that girls want to know. I'm thankful for resources that give girls positive encouragement during such a difficult time in life. We really enjoyed this. I read it and so did my 10-yr old daughter. She found the story interesting and fun. I thought the story was a bit slow and basic BUT I loved how many times she came to me to discuss topics the book brought up but that she wanted to discuss further. It’s these meaningful conversations that will get her through her teen years. Lily Robbins, M.D. is an engaging story with Lily, a charming, clever, and not-so-perfect main character the girls will relate to. In this book she witnesses a car accident and helps a little boy at the scene. That experience encourages her to learn more about medicine and how the body works in her quest to become a medical worker. She takes a class for girls to learn about their bodies, reads lots of books about first aid, and enlists the Girlz (her friends) to learn as well.Things I liked:* The issues are dealt with in a Christian manner. Girls are encouraged to listen to their moms, to trust them, and be respectful.* Lily makes mistakes, but learns how to apologize and do a better job the next time.Things I didn’t like:* A major part of the fiction book’s plot takes place at school. I don’t like the focus on it and the way the kids relate to each other there. I wish the books didn’t emphasize the school culture so much.* I think the age of the girls reading this book should be closer to 10, not as young as 7.(I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for this honest review.)
