Redneck Convent Metal Ammo Case Can – Military and Army Solid Steel Holder Box for Long-Term Shotgun Rifle Nerf Gun Ammo Storage

Here's what I consider the biggest advantage of this container: I stored loose ammunition in this can, and also in plastic ammo cans made by Plano and MTM. The plastic cans had rubber seals around the inside of the lid, so I assumed they would keep out moisture from humid air. I placed desiccant bags in all the containers....the kind of desiccants that have beads that go from blue (when dry) to pink (when saturated). The desiccants in the plastic ammo boxes turned pink in less than two weeks. However, the desiccants in this metal can were still blue in the same period. For this reason alone...not to mention the superior strength of the Redneck can....I'm buying more metal cans to store all my ammo.

These are great quality, what you would come to expect from any military grade 50 can. They are new, so I can not attest to wear and durability; however the construction seems to be on point. They came packeged well and arrived in good shape. One issue I have noticed is that the carry handle voids on the bottom of each can are slightly to far forward off center. This causes them when stacked to start and stack outward slightly each one, so they aren't directly on top of each other causing them to eventually cause a leaning tower of cans. Not a huge deal, but is a concern for anyone who has plenty of these and wants to save space by stacking high. All four I ordered did the same thing. Not sure if it's a batch issue or this is how they are all done. But my other cans do not have this issue. Not a reason to not buy, but a buyer beware or informed moment.

Believe it or not, this is the best cat poop trashcan in the world - and that is exactly what I bought it for. After pouring over Amazon for high end fancy metal airtight containers that I could use next to the litter box that others had recommended I look under diaper pails, I ended on this as an alternative. And I couldn't be happier. They hold the little plastic grocery bags. It contains​ the smell. It's small, compact, and out of sight. An answer to all my needs. And better yet, no one believes me when I try to convince them to try it too!

I use .30 and .50 cal cans to build portable Bluetooth speakers and they are very high quality. Rugged, stiff, and air tight.

I bought this to store fuel for fire spinning, so being water proof is absolutely necessary.Unfortunately the rubber seal came loose during the very first use. It is strangely longer on one side of the can, and physically will not fit back into the wedge. I'm quite frankly at a loss as so how the rubber could possibly be so asymmetrical. Regardless, this container was leaking fire fuel and is absolutely unusable for me.

The weak welding connecting the half-hinge assembly to the lid separated. I could probably JB Weld it back, but the clearance is already tight and who would trust the rest of this box's construction?

These are so authentic! I actually bought them for my son’s Nerf War Party. They are the real deal!!

Very nice quality and heavy duty...no scratches or rust. If you're planning on adding a lock to this as I did, please be aware that there is a seam running straight up the middle right through where the hole is for the latch. This made it a bit more difficult to drill a hole exactly center as my drill bit wandered a little. As a result, I had to make the hole in the latch slightly larger to account for my mistake. Overall, very happy with this!
