Currently 178lbs & 32inch waist at 6 months PP after gaining 100+lbs during pregnancy. Used a Large from around 200lbs until now (picture is my fit today- too loose now and loosely wearing size 8 pants without wearing waist trainer. Can easily fit in a size 6 while wearing it). I bought a large being new to waist training and think I should’ve gone with a medium to begin with. It still has helped me with back pain, lose a couple inches, and fit into smaller pants both with it on and after wearing it for a few hours here and there. I got these results while exercising only intermittently, and not reducing caloric intake while being a busy working mom of 5 kids. Size down to get snatched af. Stay true to size for slight shaping and back pain reduction and you still might lose a few inches like myself. I’ve worn this while working, exercising, and even while riding motorcycles. So it’s easy to wear and not uncomfortable to do daily tasks in easily. Very comfortable if staying true to your waist size. Size down and it will be tiiight but girl you’ll be fitting in them small jeans again!! Buy now, don’t even give it a second thought. You deserve to feel good about yourself. Throw that mom guilt about spending money on yourself out the dang window! This is only a small amount of money for improved confidence, results, and reduced back pain! These waist trainer belts are awesome! I purchased one for a family member who deals with posture issues...and he also wants to support his abdominal area. After only a few days, he's very happy with his results. I can already see his posture is better...and his abdominal area is smaller!! I was so impressed, I purchased one for myself! The product may not look as thin as the pic...however, its very durable, and it holds in place well! I think the price is great....and I hope others will have great results also! It's pretty comfy for me, so I am wearing it often. Btw...it may run a bit small, so you may want to "up" your size.

The wrapping functionality is a little… how do I say it… I think that they should split the 2 wrapping bands into 4, or at least sell an alternative that has 4, because the 2 create folding issues as well as cause the training of the waist to occur in one area at once. There is no zipper, but it’s actually pretty great without it, seeing as you control the tightness and it uses Velcro. There wasn’t a smell when I received my product and there’s no skin irritation (I have sensitive skin and wear it skin to skin all the time). Don’t size up, it’s a waist trainer y’all, for the first couple of times, it’ll be uncomfortable for you, you just have to adjust to the waist trainer and vice versa. Lastly, the sturdiness of the waist trainer can be questioned but for the price you’re paying, it’s amazing. The boning stays a lot better than some $40 waist trainers I’ve had, but once you get deeper into your sets/run they begin to fold under the pressure a bit.

So good so far I bought it on the 7 of June today was my first day of wearing it the whole day it wasn't bad at all it was comfortable I didn't have any problems with it my back felt better and supported I just did my normal activity and I was fine next I'm a work out with it to lose more weight I'm trying to get snatched before the summer but a must buy

Have been wearing this to the gym a couple weeks now and I have to say I absolutely love it. Already seeing where I can close it tighter already. This really snatches your mommy tummy. It’s really firm and made from quality material. I normally wear a medium but got a small to ensure I’m snatched and I have to say it fit perfectly.

This is great for the price. You adjust the firmness you want. It stays in place even while sitting. I have paid a lot of money on others just to be returned. This is a keeper!

I’ve only been wearing mine for a couple weeks. I will update if I get any changes. I will say that I ordered a small and wish I got a medium instead. The chart suggested I get a small but I regretted that. I still wear it, and might upgrade to a medium one day. The Velcro holds through the day. Price not bad.

Excellent product! Just got this a few days ago and have already lost few inches off my waist. I wear it for work (10hr shift) and it is comfortable, really heats up my mid section and the boning supports my back. I wear it with high-waisted yoga pants, it works perfectly!
