This is a nice tool, good quality, fairly gentle, easy to sanitize, with a lot of nice extra things like the tongue scraper; which is amazing. However a lot of people are using it wrong including the ones who love it. Unless you have years of calcified plaque buildup you are not supposed to use it every day as it's going to scrape off your enamel, which may look good like your teeth are whiter but it causes more problems down the line. Stains are in the enamel not on top like plaque so scraping them off removes it and damages the teeth, and some people are using it across the entire tooth, and because it's a pick there's no way to ensure even pressure so you can deeply scratch them in places. It should be used at most every 3 weeks (for the average person with regular daily hygiene) by gently running along the front and back gum line and gently in between teeth, but ideally used every 3 months or halfway between your regular dental checkups. For others with really bad buildup it's ok to use it until the calculus is removed and then used as described previously. If you want the whitening ability for in between the teeth where its almost impossible to get to it's ok to gently run along the edges to kinda soften up the enamel coating and the 24 hours later use a whitening product (it can make teeth too sensitive if you don't wait) or even just do it and use your regular toothpaste as it can penetrate better. You don't have to do it every time you whiten because you've already removed the stuff your brush can't and just brushing will prevent it from reforming for a while. Please please do not use it across your entire tooth it really will mess you up so badly later on. If you have deep stains this will help lighten them or prevent them getting worse but the only way to fix those without damaging anything is professional whitening but this can remove surface stains. Seriously don't use every day, there is a reason you only get deep cleanings every 6-12 months as it can damage your teeth if done more, this isn't as strong or thorough as professional cleanings so it can greatly improve your oral health used sparingly and correctly.

I bought this with very low expectations and was so surprised when it actually worked!!! My sweet Daddy is not proactive when it comes to oral hygiene & only brushes his teeth once a day! I ordered this product bc it shipped fast and would arrive while I was in town @ my parents for Thanksgiving. It did take me a while to get most of the plaque off, but this was a severe case. His breath smells much better as well!!! I would definitely recommend this product but not as a replacement of going to the dentist and having a professional teeth cleaning. When I look at the negative reviews, I have to wonder just how much plaque people have on their teeth. I brush my teeth a couple times a day, floss regularly, and I use a WaterPik to make sure my gums are clear. Even with this type of care, I can get some plaque, and this little device did a good job in clearing off the plaque that I had.No complaints from me, but if it’s not working on the plaque on your teeth, maybe you need to see a dentist.

Works great! Smoker and Coffee drinker. Whenever I get my yearly cleaning, they wipe all my stains away...while within a month...back to stains😞. Well although I know I need to quit smoking, I have a tool now that removes my stains!P.S. Not done cleaning in the pics, that’s a 85% difference!

I like that I can clean my teeth in between visits to the dentist. My dentist said my teeth are easier to clean. Less tartar build up. This is easy to use and worth the money.

I've used this product about 5 times now and it seems to be working nicely. Like anything else, is not just the tool but your diligence. I feel the product needs to be used over a period of time to have the results desired. It is not a miracle wand. I wouldn't expect the same results as they show on videos or commercials. I think in order to get results, it needs to be used on a regular basis and don't do it to extreme in order not to damage your gums or teeth. Like with everything, use moderation. I'm happy with the results so far and would recommend this product.

Read many bad and good reviews about this product. Was quite concerned what l would be getting. Trusted Amazon recommendation and went ahead and ordered. NOT AT ALL DISAPPOINTED.Both probes work great. Each for different purposes or needs.It does not replace professional routine cleaning only the intervals.Care should be taken not to damage the enamel.Read many complaints about the charging system. On usual system but it works great.I recommend the productHow long will it last, uncertain but if long enough for the price, will be happy

1st time leaving a review...This kit has everything you need and more. Haven’t seen a dentist in 7/8 years and started to notice changes while flossing. Did a little research on how to best use this tool (directions are limited). The dental mirror was indispensable for seeing the calculus build up behind the teeth and removing it. I am amazed at the results and will be buying this kit for family members.
