The name “Unifine” comes from the milling process itself, where it takes just one step (uni) to produce a very fine, uniform consistency, while also preserving the natural nutrients of the grain. With Unifine Milling, the grain enters a high speed rotor with a single-pass impact system that instantly pulverizes the kernels with little heat involved, bursting into fine flour at a cool temperature.
