It tastes like pizza dough, but it tastes good enough that I have purchased it 3 times! The recipe to make the bread calls for 1 egg white which is what I did when I made it the first time, but when I made the second batch, I goofed and put the whole egg in! I am not sure if the recipe only uses egg whites for a reduction in carbs, but I preferred the batch with the egg yolk as well, it tasted better (still tasted like pizza dough but better!)Also in the instructions, it says that before baking the consistency will be thick batter.... I don't know if it is a language barrier thing but that is not batter, it is dough. Both times I ended up adding more liquid to it, not to make it batter but to make it an easier dough to work with. Each time, the bread has baked perfectly.I will probably buy again, but $30 for 3 small loaves of bread is a bit steep.

This bread mix is very easy to use and it also tastes good! I use the counter top oven and since I like the top more crunchy, I baked it at 400F for 35 minutes. The texture is a bit dense but overall good amount of softness. I can see myself continue to buy this mix in the future for the low carb lifestyle.

While a bit pricey, this is by far the best pasta substitute I have found for a low carb lifestyle. Be aware that it does contain wheat, so not an GF option.

Since I've been on keto, I've missed having bread for toast, particularly for poached eggs or just to slop up sauce at dinner time. While this product is a bit denser and doesn't rise the way regular bread does, it's easy, tasty, and satisfies my needs. I used everything bagel seasoning on top, which gives it a great bit of flavor. I'll be buying this regularly!

I bought it to use in my bread maker. It worked fairly well. I will buy it again...

I ordered bread mix and got pizza crust. Too much trouble to try sending back from where I live! So I made it. Its delicious, easy, and great texture. Will order again

You gave me wrong product . I love this product but amazon gave me pizza mix instead of bread mix x2. The 1 Star is because it’s wrong product !Farm Girl is awesome . Sorry amazon messed up .
