It has got a good display, stable internet connection and bigger storage of 2TB, for back up files. The seller is always available to respond to any concerns, regarding the item. I appreciated them. Therefore, I highly recommend this item to the people out there, who wish to buy affordable computer within their budget for online school, business, gaming and home office. I tell you, it's worthy buying it.

My order was placed on Sept 16th, 2023 and I received everything on Sept 27th, 2023.This computer and monitors were packaged very well. They didn't skimp on packaging material.One little thing when they packaged the 2-24 inch monitors, is that they should have maybe put a piece of cardboard between the monitors that were facing each other when packaged. They were tightly wrapped though and neither were scratched..The computer itself was packaged very well. So much so, it surprised me on how well it was packaged.The only little issue I had was my DVD rom drive was not working like it should have been.I contacted and spoke with someone from Alta E. Solutions and he shipped a new one out to me and I received it in 3 days.The 2-24 inch Samsung monitors look brand new and the quality of the screen/picture is great. Web pages and videos look fantastic. Also was included were a keyboard and mouse. Although on the cheaper side I'll hang on to these for backup. 2-VGA and 2-power cables were also included.The SFF computer is fast, sleek and is a great upgrade from my older Dell. If I needed another system like this, I'd buy this again in a heart beat.All in all I am more than satisfied with everything. Great products, Great price and most of all GREAT customer service.If your looking for a system like this. Really, really consider this one.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but just know you are rolling the dice with Technology Geeks. I read the reviews and have had good luck in the past so I pulled the trigger. I have never been so disappointed with an Amazon purchase. The package was delivered 2 days early (9pm) and was literally dropped (FedEx) in my driveway in the pouring rain 18ft from my covered porch. You could tell it was a used box so by the time it shipped 80 miles to my location it was open and barely holding the product inside. It was a gift so I wanted something to put under the tree. I started to unpackage and thought it might be alright. I was so wrong. First the packaging was as poor as I have ever seen. Little pieces of broken styrofoam stuffed all around. A child would do a better job. I pulled out one monitor and tried to connect it to the stand but the stand (visible scratches) would not support it. Second one same problem. I was still hoping we could find a solution. I hooked up the monitors to find out they were defective. Black spots all over and vertical lines running through. I thought I was buying "Renewed" equipment but it was very obvious as other reviews have stated that this equipment was never inspected and should not have been shipped. My hypothesis is that they purchased a bunch of used equipment from a source unknown and tried to ship it straight out hoping that folks would accept it or if returned they would ship to the next sucker and someone (with low standards) might accept it eventually. I was really hoping for the price to get 2 good 24" monitors and a CPU with all the features listed as I knew I would be using a good keyboard, mouse and cables. As other reviews have said the keyboard, mouse and cables that they supplied were just cheap junk. Not even sure if all cables were supplied but there was definitely no wifi included. I am in the process of returning for a full refund and I will report back if there are any problems. If you decide to purchase this from Technology Geeks (selling same junk on other sites) just know you should lower your standards and cross your fingers. Maybe say a little prayer. Maybe you will get lucky. I was very dissatisfied and will never purchase "Renewed" equipment again. I hope this helps with your decision.

This set up duel 23 inch monitors and a smaller PC tower was very easy to assemble that came with 3 power cords two PC to monitor cables a USB stick Wi-Fi adapter and most up dates Windows 10 clean installed. I only had a problem with the hard drive winding for an hour or two sometimes but I found out the USB speaker was causing it. As soon as I turn the speaker on the drive stops the noise. Anyway problem solved.This one has a 2 TB HD and 16 gigs rom.I had saw some Write ups saying they had gotten 2 different model monitors and miss matched stuff. This one also came with anew keyboard and mouse. This thing is very clean. The only place I saw dust was in the cd drive that I cleaned myself.i know Microsoft will not being updating it a few years down the road, but who cares the price was only $ 212.00 USD and tax. I just bought this as an extra PC because my laptop is so slow. This is a pro PC but the media player is in there with almost all other stuff you may need, the rest you can download somewhere. All my music and pictures and office stuff works great. 16 gigs of rom is also fast and some of these refurbished PC even have 32 gigs of ram. Now I don't need to go to the basement to use my PC. This thing is a buy buy buy works great ,oh did I say they have a 90 day return policy so how can you go wrong.
