Dooney and Bourke purses are beautiful and durable, although the narrow leather strap can dig into shoulder. This leather shoulder strap matches the D&B leather strap perfectly when I add it, and brings a nice look and comfort to my very sturdy crossbody purse without compromising the look.

I am back at the office 1 day per week & I take public transportation which requires me to muy my attaché & laptop. This pad matches my leather attaché and alleviates shoulder soreness & chafing. What a comfortable difference! So easy to take off & put on. You don’t have to remove the strap to string it through. Looks very expensive but only cost about $10 synthetic/nylon ones were about $12 to $15 and nowhere as nice.

Beautiful color and the leather feels great. Obvious sloppy workmanship and apparently not inspected before shipping. Careless mistake could easily have been caught and fixed if only someone had even glanced at the finished product before sending it out. Stitching missing on inside flap, and edge binding not fully attached. Not even used and already coming apart. Sad, sloppy leather work.Very disappointed.

Bought a few of these for their intended purpose, and they perform beautifully. They now replace those from another supplier that was charging 4-5 times as much.Durable, well-crafted, easily installed, aesthetically pleasing. And the support they promise is, in fact, delivered.For the few reviewers complaining about the smell, I think the word you're looking for is "leather". ;-)

I bought some $64.00 bras for $4.98 each and while the bras fit well, the shoulder straps keep twisting around and that's why they deep discounted them. This makes the bra straps comfortable enough to wear without feeling the straps. It saved me from having to replace the straps and was cheaper than the cost of the supplies needed and I can just wear this with each bra.

The shoulder pad is a perfect addition to my leather crossbody bag. The color is a perfect match! It arrived timely; I will definitely purchase from this seller again.

The straps of my shopper cuts into my shoulder making it uncomfortable to carry. This pad really helps with that and it matches the bag pretty good.

I ordered two of these and put them side-by-side and one was so much bigger than the other.. The sewing was very sloppy. One of them was not finished. I am going to try to fix them so I can use them. I would not even believe that somebody would sell something like this.

Good match for my leather backpack. Leather is very stiff but I'm hoping it'll soften with use and some leather conditioner cream.
