Two things I really like about this product.First and foremost, the quality of these rings is fantastic. The sizing is accurate, they are super comfortable and look nicer than the solid black band I was wearing prior to this. I like that with the 4-pack, I can change out the ring to (possibly) match an outfit or more than likely, to just change things up.The second thing I appreciate is the communication from the company. Even before I received my rings, they had emailed me with instructions on how to return/replace the rings if the sizing was incorrect. There was no charge for it and that fact made me feel like they actually cared about their product and customer satisfaction.I'm glad I chose this item and look forward to years of use.

The ring fit fairly snug but did stretch out. It looks and feels great, very light and comfortable

This company is amazing!First, the product:The quality is great. Unfortunately, the size was wrong, but he got to feel the material, and it's very durable and comfortable on the finger (as far as it would go on). The colors are amazing, vibrant, and while being stretched didn't show cracking.Customer Service: we ended up with the wrong size, and realized there was a slip of paper to email the company directly! They are so fast to respond! Send a message, and response within 12 hrs! She was so efficient, and kind. Two messages, and new size rings are being sent to us! And, she said no need to return the wrong size. Yes, to them, it may be just a small gesture to relieve hassle on themselves, and us as well, but as a mom to a newborn, this meant a lot! And, there was no auto reply from a system program. Constant communication with a human!

The ring size is right on. The item seems typical for. Silicone ring. Flexible but durable. I really only wanted to write this review to warn others. What’s listed as Red/Black here is definitely not red. It’s very much a burnt orange.

Great rings. Exactly like the description. I ordered the 4 pack, size 12 for my fiance which is his size for a regular ring but it was too tight. I contacted the company ROQ to tell them that I ordered the wrong size. They sent me measurement instructions and told me to let them know what the correct size was. My fiance didn't do the measurements but he guessed it was two sizes too small. So I ordered a size 14 and it fits perfectly! He said that it feels soft and comfortable. It's the perfect ring for a chef or someone who works with there hands. The shipping of the replacement was quick. It arrived in a week. They told me that I didn't have to return the size 12 rings and I didn't have to pay a cent more. Amazing customer service! Great purchase. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I received the ring and it was too small. I reached out to ROQ and they quickly replied saying they would send me the next size up free of charge and for me to keep the ring which was too small. The new ring arrived and though it fit better, it was still tight. I was not going to ask for another ring, however, ROQ reached out to me and wanted to make sure the ring fit. When I said it was still a bit tight, they sent me the next size up and finally I had a ring which fit. They told me to keep the other two rings. Their email correspondence was always within minutes and they were very polite! The ring(s) are very nice looking too! I highly recommend purchasing your ring from this company.

Overall the ring is decent and I suppose you get what you pay for. It is relatively comfortable and fits true to the sizes shown. Where the disappointment comes in is with the color. The band of color is so narrow that it’s barely visible. Also the red and orange colors are pretty much the same and the colors do not “pop” nearly as much as the pictures would lead you to believe.

We ordered a set of these rings and they are so sturdy, beautiful and comfortable. The customer service is beyond incredible as I ordered the wrong size and when I went to do the return o got an email from the company who ask me to send my address so they could send me my size. My husband ended up ordering another set for his other finger as well. I would recommend this product to anyone looking at silicone rings.
