Interesting MOD concept, but really bad quality, poor adjustability
I have just about every Moto MOD on the market and I also have several 180deg 3D cameras that I sync up with Google Photos, so I thought this one would be great to be able to view the pictures in 3D directly on the phone and share them with friends. Unfortunately - that is where this Moto Mod just really lets you down. 2 of the 4 magnets that are meant to attach the mod to the phone immediately fell out - right out of the box. then, the extendable arms don't actually reach far enough out and therefore hit the top and bottom of the MotoZ phone - meaning one lens is at a different angle than the other, making it very hard to adjust. For me this was a waste of money - I should just have gotten a cheap cardboard phone holder

Extremely innovative means of getting VR on a smartphone.
Extremely innovative means of getting VR on a smartphone. This is not an official mod, but that doesn't matter one bit since there's no need to store any software on the mod. It's by far the most creative thing I've ever attached to my Moto Z4, and more elegant than any Google Cardboard or any other type of VR headset just by the fact that it takes up so little space.I initially had to reattach a magnet, but that's the closest thing to a problem this has ever given me. One thing everyone should try is filming something with the 360 camera mod, then viewing it through this mod.
