My pillow arrived super vacuum sealed, so much so that the pillow was tightly coiled. Its been sitting out for over half an hour and its still as flat as a pancake. The description said it should only take 2-5 minutes. Now I have to find another back pillow.

I guess with the price I can't complain too much but I was kind of disappointed. It's pretty flimsy material and not the best quality but I guess it makes me sit up straighter. It has adjustable straps that's a positive but if I could go back I probably would have chosen something else.

The product was wrapped in cellophane and duct tape! 20 minutes after unwrapping it, my house smelled like a barnyard (not an exaggeration). Thankfully after some sunshine and fresh air on the foam and a good washing for the cover (used a disinfectant) the smell was gone. The package reads that it is made in Chine and it must have been made or stored in a urine infested barnyard.

Only have this pillow a few hours and already love it. I wish I would of gotten one sooner. I suffer from lower back pain when sitting in my computer chair and this pillow has helped my problem already. What a big difference it has made already. If I could give this product more than five stars I would. Love Love Love my new pillow so happy I bought it. I highly recommend getting one you won't be sorry.

My husband wanted support for his lower back while driving our RV (which doesn’t have much adjustment in the driver’s seat). So we got this which is held in place by a strap around the seat back. I found that by moving the support up, I would have upper back support ! Very comfortable

A back saver, literally! This pillow has definitely helped my lower back pain, especially since I spend more time sitting at the computer, rather than walking around my classroom. My mother has a similar pillow that she paid nearly double the price for, and we both agree that this one takes first place. A must buy, if you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer.

I was surprised at how small the package came but when i opened it, it started to expand. It fit perfectly into my chair and has been helping my back feel less pain. Especially because the chair I have offers no support

I have struggled with back pain for a long time. This has lead to hip and knee pain. I suspect my chair at work is hurting me. Since my company won't buy me a new chair and I do not want to buy a chair, I bought this back support pillow thinking it may help. OMG! This cushion pushes me forward enough in my chair that my knees and hips are in better alignment and it is a great support for my back. I love it! I highly recommend!

It was such a small compressed package I wasn’t sure if it was the correct item. I unrolled the package and to my surprise it started puffing up right away. I gave it about 5 minutes and attached it to my office chair. Very comfy. I’ve been using it daily and find my back is not sore like it was at the end of a day.

I find myself keeping much better posture with this. The loss of a star is because I wish the unit was a bit thinner and the straps a bit shorter. I find my legs sticking out off my chair when I use this more than I would like (I am 5'6") and the straps aren't tight enough to hold the unit in place securely.Only been using a few days so can't comment on if it helps with pain.

The thick memory foam is sturdy yet cushiony. The two adjustable, extendable straps make the pillow easy to position so that it hits the right spot for your lower and middle back on most chairs. This is a pillow that will support your back for years to come.

I was expecting it to be slightly softer and more pliable. It takes up a lot of seat space, but is great for reclining. I have a larger chair so it was not much of a big deal. It does what I wanted it to do.

It took a little longer than the instructions say to inflate. It took about 1 hour to fully inflate but worth the buy to support your back.
