How can a beginner book have no pictures?

For a beginner I expected to see pictures and examples instead of all word book. This would have been very helpful.

This book seems interesting, but to not have any diagrams or project images. I have never seen an arts/crafts book that has literally nothing but text in it. It's crazy. Not recommended.

I even wonder if the author is an English speaker .... the descriptions are almost impossible to understand .... I am going to have to find pictures on line .... very disappointed!!!!

damn! The one time i don't read the reviews before purchasing! I'm a beginner and need the pictures of what is being described! Now i have to watch youtube videos which i was trying to avoid!

This book is an ok book for learning. Its straight to the point and has a lot in it for how small it is.However, english seems to be a second language of the author's. Many sentences and entire paragraphs are difficult to read for that reason, and with a lack of pictures and diagrams to illustrate certain techniques, can make this book frustrating to read.For example, on page 37 the author tries to explain what a gooseneck hook is as such. "This kind of technique of more or less like an addition to a primary design."

I regret buying this books. I should have checked the reviews before buying the kindle version. I normally do this time I did not think about it. There are no images to represent the techniques / instructions. Also the instructions in the book are not as easy to follow, quite confusing.

Lovely from the cover. However it reads as if it started in a language then was translated to English. Also not one image/illustration to help with the poorly worded book. So the beginner could not get through to the intermediate. Sorry I wasted my money on this!!! Seriously, very hard to read.

There are no pictures and it seems to have missed the proof reading stage as some parts are hard to understand. I would look at other wire weaving books that are much better quality.
