I had issues connecting to the first unit they shipped. It would not calibrate appropriately with my phone. After I made a hard landing, the unit would not communicate at all with the controller. So no more flying. UPair replaced the drone for no charge after a $70 shipping charge. When I received the replacement, the camera was knocked from the gimbal in shipping. Come to find out it was a used camera and did not work at all. Now all I have is a drone stuck in training mode with no camera and can connect to my phone. Kind off defeats the reason for the drone. Now they won't even respond to my emails.My advise......pick a different manufacturer.

Had the controller for one year and it stopped working. I have been unable to reach customer support nor have they tried to contact me after leaving multiple emails and voicemails. Stay away from Rachio.

This controller has some nice features and seems to work - so, why one star? Customer service does not answer the phone. Website has problems. And unwanted SPAM emails - like I really need marketing emails. Unless a contractor, I see no reason I would need a second controller or emails...Application is not intuitive and help pages are not always correct.
