This watch is better than I expected for this price. I have had a Fitbit Charge HR and a Garmin VivoSmart HR. I never felt either one of the watches I had before were very uncomfortable (I quit wearing normal metal band watches in my 20s). This is the first watch I have had since then I feel comfortable wearing.This watch has a lower profile face, think smaller than a Timex in width from your wrist to the screen. I tend to bump into doors and such a lot less with this watch. That being said it has taken a few good knocks to the face and has not cracked or scratched.I have not tested how water resistant the watch is, but can say the 8+ times a day my OCD brain says to wash my hands it has got very wet and has had no issues. When the watch does get wet, the band is still not super slick or slimy.The heart rate is accurate within 5bpm that I have seen vs an electronic blood pressure cuff. The blood pressure does not seem to be very close to accurate but it is being taken on your wrist, but easily lets me know based on what I have compared to the blood pressure cuff seems accurate in the 120s to 140s but from there just gives me an idea that it is high. This proves useful on the road just to verify if your blood pressure is low good or high due to past results. For acxurate results see a Dr. or nurse and then take note of what the watch read at the time right after being verified by a professional.I have yet to be able to see if it monitors sleep accurately as I am a light sleeper. It seems to be accurate to the first signs of sleep and when you finally decide to give up on getting more.To sum it all up, for people that do not need a name brand with a million plus downloads of their app, this watch is really good. The app is simple to use and pair the watch. The battery life seems to be more than five days of constant wear. Would definitely replace it with the same watch if still available in the future.

I bought this through Amazon from Colmi as a used watch. It was send loose in a box ( not packed well!) with a small description for use. I downloaded the Da Fit app on my Samsung S9 phone. I gleaned other instructions from the web. The watch holds a charge for about three days. Comparing the watch against two blood pressure monitors I have-one a cuff and the other a wrist monitor :The pulse is very close to the other two monitors. The cuff is fairly accurate when compared to doctor reading.The blood pressure is no where near accurate and varies a lot. The diastolic is very high most of the time.When the cuff reads 118/58 watch reads 133/81.Cuff reads 120/56 watch reads 105/64Cuff reads 118/58 watch reads 133/81Cuff reads 114/49 watch reads 134/85Cuff reads 104/51 watch reads 119/73Concerning the sleep function: I get up 2-3 times a night to the bathroom. The watch doesn't show this as awake, It may be showing it as REM.It's been fun trying to use it but I think the $20 should have gone into t more expensive accurate one.

This was a gift my daughter picked out . She wanted an Apple Watch like mine, but she doesn’t have an iPhone. This looks similar to my watch and she can actually use this one for her phone. Great price and we’re both happy.
