This product is useless to charge both products at once as it disconnects continually from the watch which takes longer to charge it and my phone together and end up just using separate ones for both devices

The watch charger didn't work at all for me. All it did was initiate the charging graphic on the Apple Watch repeatedly- as if it was constantly connecting and disconnecting. I left it like this for hours and it did not charge the watch at all, but my watch became very hot- aside from the product being totally useless, the watch heating up so much was worrying from a safety standpoint. I should say, I tried this with many USB plugs and got the same result each time.Returned for a refund. I bought a watch charger that plugs straight into the plug socket (no wire) for about the same price from Amazon and it works perfectly.

bought this as i did not want to pay £30 for a Apple one. I say this has half the power, as it is far less magnetic than the genuine one, which is presumably how they make it for less. This results in the watch "sometimes" not connecting to the watch tightly enough, although sometimes it connects okay.When not connected tightly, it results in a "partial charge", where the watch keeps disconnecting, then re-connecting to charge. When in partial charge, it takes 8 hours to charge around 75%. In my case this is just enough for weekends, and I take my genuine charger away with me on business. So I am keeping the product, and give it 3 stars, for its flaws.If anyone knows how you can ensure a perfect seal with the watch, let me know.I would say if you are a heavy user, and need to top up your Apple watch during the day, this IS NOT the charger for you, as partial charge would be too slow.For some people, having a phone charger as part of the package makes this very good value, although it is neutral for me, as I use a wireless stand.

The product worked for the first few weeks but then, it started to not charge. My iPhone was not charging at all whereas the Apple Watch charger kept on reconnecting and disconnecting. I would avoid this product. Maybe good for money but the quality is cheap and nasty if I knew this before I would have avoided at all costs. This is the second charger that has not worked. Try the apple one long lasting quality and lasts for ages. When that one finally breaks don’t go cheap go with the same one because overall you will be spending more money on the cheap ones.

This is such bad quality. It does not charge Apple watch. I received it this morning and plugged it in. The watch was at 6%. It popped up with the charging symbol as it should however, this then kept popping up. After 30 mins the watch had charged to 7%. I unplugged this and plugged in a genuine Apple watch charger and the watch charged quickly as it should.DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

This handy little device charged my iPhone and my series 2 Apple Watch as fast as described. I’m very pleased with this purchase. The cord is long and charger is compact enough to carry in my bag easily. I highly recommend it!

Arrived sooner than stated and I have to be honest the quality is better than I expected. I tried it out and it works fine so I’d say it’s good value for money - I’d buy again.

Works well only need to carry one cable. Would suggest if using both outlets plug into a high capacity charger
