Q: Can i wear these on my feet?

You can wear them for gloves, they keep your hands nice and warm in the winter.. but no I wouldn’t recommend wearing them on your feet.

Q: Are these waterproof?

I have never wet my shoe, but I don't think it is waterproof. The shoes are designed with net-like appearance and easy to ventilate.

Q: are the shoes for women or men? how to understand how to select the size of the shoe?

I have wide feet and I normally wear size 5. So bought a size 6 so I could wear socks comfortably with them. I would not buy any other sort now. I assume they are for women
