Autsmile Rechargeable 3-in-1 Pulse Fingertip Oxygen Saturation Monitor for PR and SPo2 Fitness

This is a really cool device that I find my whole family wanting to get into. Readings are accurate and lettering is bold and bright enough to see. Great for working out or just doing some good old fashion walking. Very easy to read also. Just put on your finger as they do inside your doctors office and get going. Or you can just keep track of your BPM if that’s all you wish to do. Also comes with its own case which is very handy.

This unit looks nice and does have the handy feature of being able to rotate the display (handy if you're checking your own sat% vs a patient's), but the saturation results seemed quite variable (as much as 8-10% within a couple of minutes) and the pulse was just plain wrong, often exceeding the actual measurement (calculated with a watch and a radial arterial pulse) by as much as 40 beats per minute. The device seemed extremely sensitive to both how deep within the device you placed your finger, as well as placing it right and left relative to the sensor. I'm a physician, so I feel like I have an informed viewpoint from which to make this assessment.

Build quality was less than expected. The SpO2 readings bounced around from 91%-99%. (My consistent SpO2 reading in the doctors office is 95%). The PR reading is completely off - reading 144bpm when actual was 77 verified. Returned.

Doesn’t hold charge for long. Takes to long to charge. (Bought this on behalf of a friend and this is the feedback I got.

Great concept, great price but as a med. Professional just found too many discrepancies in spo2 when checked against monitors and other pulse box's to use reliably in patient care.

Great to have handy. Amazing to have the ability to charge anytime.

I bought this during Covid; It is reliable and sturdy; no need for batteries as you can charge it via USB; best pulse ox monitor I have owned ( I have bought 3 other brands prior and one lasted only 2 months and broke easily); I have this almost a year and it's still great; would buy again and recommend to colleagues

Had to send it back. It was not reading correct as well very loose on the finger. Was looking forward for this product because of charger but without correct reading of HR and Co2 its worthless.
