Foot bath
I had a crazy nervous breakdown and this has been a savior. I use this in my foot bath at night and then afterwards I'll put topical cbd oil on my feet with lavender and it's been helping me relax.My sister uses it for her special needs kids during night baths and they have been getting great sleep as well.
