NO LONGER CAN BE USED WITH ANY PROVIDERS
NO providers use this phone. It is obsolete. Its will just be a paper weight. Shouldnt be for sale anymore considering.

Registration required of the IMEI, with you service provider....
Directions are limited. Apparently you must register the IMEI with your provider. I didn't get a chance to do that since I was limited on time, and thought all I had to do was insert the SIMs card. What a surprise everything work except the most important pieces ....... Network SERVICE. the phone stated NO NETWORK SERVICE, leaving my mother without her new phone, as I left Tenn on my way back to GA..... I cannot confirm that was the issue, but being in the communications for 42 years what else could it be... Don't bother calling the tech support team, we all know where that goes...... NO WHERE!!

It rings extremely LOUD that’s a pro for my grandma
Got this phn for my 81 year old grandma she loves the big numbers & the phn is easy to use. The volume is loud it stays charged for a long time the ring tone is sooo loud to me but she loves it 😂

Very easy to use
I purchased this phone for a senior who has a hard time with modern technology. The phone is very easy to use, and the battery life is good.

Amazon is there for me next day deleiver.
It is small to carry in my dressing gown pocket, nice coloure red, can see the numbers and who phone with out putting my reading glass, but wish the is a bit more louder if in either room cannot hair it.

We thought we were getting a good phone for my husband as the key's on this phone were big but after three day's of use it stopped people phoning in from hearing my husband's voice even if he was phoning out. the good thing is we were given a re fund without any problems

Peccato che il nuovo cellulare può essere utilizzato soltanto con una Micro SIM. Ero molto contento dell'apparecchio perchè alla mia età (73 anni) non avevo particolari esigenze e questo funzionava anche in auto. Fate attenzione se avete intenzione di acquistarlo.
