Q: Can this balance car tires?

Yes.. great stuff... I don't even rotate my pickup tires anymore unless uneven wear observed... use on 10 ply tires on 3/4 ton pickup and get 80k plus miles on tires

Q: Can you use this with Tire Pressure Sensors?

Yes it is tire pressure sensor safe. You can not add the fluid to the tire through the valve stem with TPMS. The tire must be broke down off the rim to add the tire fluid. Then re mounted and air it back up. Not recommend for low profile tires either way.

Q: I have 255/55/19 on rr would this product work? and i assume 16oz per tire at this size?

As I recall... there is a chart available somewhere.... I think there is no problem with 16 oz being too much... they may not be "charting" the larger rim sizes yet. Truckers use this product on large rimmed tires... just takes more amount of fluid as you may have surmised btw... I love this stuff.. last tires went 80k + miles without rotation... 3/4 ton pickup... make sure your front end is aligned and you will get great mileage, little wear
