Pros:Amazing sound when you down shift and floor itWeight reduction in the rear is crazy, a good 50 pounds lighter then stock exhaustFlush fitmentDoes have a 10-15HP Gain (Mine Has Headers And Intake So Exhaust Really added that nice 35HP to the wheels with the tune)Cons: Loud AfYou Will Wake Your Neighbors.Cold start sounds nice and it does get quieter but it is loud.You really have to break into it and drive about 500 miles and let fumes and what not get through the pipes.I'm satisfied with it, wish it was alittle less noisy and more tones but it goes with the look of the car so that's that.

It is a loud axle back exhaust. (Bolts right on but you will need 4 new bolts for the axle back section - easy)4 stars for very loud. My son liked it but too loud for me. Sound unbelievable when you stomp on it.
