Solgar – Calcium Magnesium with Vitamin D3, 150 Tablets

What theyre trying to hide by not showing you the nutrition chart is that the daily dose (to get 100-125% as listed on the nutrition chart) is FIVE tablets! and the tablets are some of the biggest I've seen, and they are uncoated, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, this is not for you. I feel deceived because I bought this thinking it was one a day so I would be getting 150 DAYS of tablets for this price (one of the main reasons I purchased this one), but no, this is a 30 day supply at 5 tablets a day. I'm taking a bunch of other supplements already so I dont need this one supplement to take on half of my pills.Now I will say that the bottle was packaged most excellently, as the bottle was wrapped in the most thorough, perfectly fitting large bubble wrapping I've ever seen for something like this. It was also listed high on a Top 10 Best Quality list for calcium supplements, so I feel that the quality and purity of the product is probably good.I personally will be looking for a similar quality product that has less pills per day when this one runs out. One of the products I compared it to had less overall pills, but since it was only one or two a day, it would actually last longer and about the same price - just need to find that one again...

I am so happy with this product. I have been taking magnesium (transdermally and via Natural Calm) for almost two years, and it has made me calmer, improved my digestion, and alleviated morning sickness during my last pregnancy. I am also sensitive to dairy, so I don't think I've been getting enough calcium. When I saw this product, I decided to give it a try. I stopped taking the Natural Calm and switched over to this, and my digestion has improved even further. I also feel like I'm calmer and sleeping better. I just re-ordered the larger bottle.The only thing I don't like is that a dose is five pills, so a bottle doesn't go very far.

A dose is 5 pills which is hard to take. I have now switched to raw calcium in gel caps and think I will be much happier with these

I like that it natural and my stomach can handle it.

It is my third order. Before I tried a lot of vitamins, but Solgar vitamins are the best. Before I had a lot of problems with my health. But after Solgar vitamins, I haven't been to a doctor for more than 3 years.Thank you!
