Not come with duct, but can use the ones that come with Spectra S1.

Worked well
These worked well but I found the backflow protectors fell out a bit more easily than the regular Spectra ones.

Bad product
Product is not as expected. It was showing 10 days replacement and now when i try to return it is showing not eligible for return. Tell me how to return this product. I am having it for no use

Works with Spectra pump
I've used these and Maymom flanges and don't see a difference. Both work great with a Spectra. Also worth investing in lifeflo coconut oil spray for your flanges!

Work great!
My biggest advice is to measure your own nipple size(go to a lactation consultant). Once you get your size, order these in your size! They work amazingly and having the right size fit makes all the difference in collecting breast milk and your own comfort. Would definitely recommend these for anyone breast feeding.
