I order size 6. It felt tight . If you want to buy this sandal go for 1 size bigger. The reason I am not returning this item because It’s comfortable, doesn’t hurt at. Easy to clean. As for the material is rubber, do not put in direct sunlight. because it will shrink.

This is DEFINITELY NOT an acupuncture shoe but i can understand why it's categorized that way. There are prickly things under foot...much like the Adidas flip flops. It's more like a water shoe type flip flop. I didn't return because they're very comfortable, cute and now my house shoes for the summer. Nice flip flops for the price, but not for acupuncture. I decided to keep.

Too noisy!!!! Poor quality.i don’t recommend it at all 🙁
