I have always swore by Vitamin c and zinc but taken separately, so when I found these that had both in the same dissolvable tablet I had to try. I love the flavor, and how quickly they dissolve in any liquid you put them in. I tend to take these when going on trips, or being around big groups of people to boost my immune system and havent gotten sick since taking them!

My favorite vitamin C + zinc to take daily!! I always buy this at Walmart but I moved and couldn't go there anymore. I'm happy Amazon has this as east to order anytime i run out of stock. It takes like orange juice, i don't put too much water, more than half a glass would do so it doesn't taste too diluted. I just can't go back to any other vitamin c.
