Very sold and aesthetically pleasing car port.
Very happy with this carport so far. Very attractive product. This is much more professional and sturdier than the canvas products. It has withstood the rated wind speed easily and appears very solid/sturdy.Hardest part of the installation was creation of the concrete footings in my driveway which have to be pretty big to be able to sustain the rated wind speed, but the rest of the installation proceeded smoothly, and instructions were very well written. Most of the installation can be accomplished with one person.

Strong, Secure & Great Look!
Incredibly attractive and well made product. I needed professional help to prep and build. Instructions were easy to follow and all parts were included. Requires substantial concrete footings to set the arms that support the roof - 4 ft x 2ft x 2ft deep roughly! 10 hours to build once footings were dug and the concrete set. Digging the footings was the worst part of the entire build! My Morgan Aero8 has never been happier during driving season!

Incomplete when arrived, at least 4 month backlog on replacement parts.
Ordered in December 2020, arrived in January 2021. Requires building permit where I live, which took 6 months to finalize ( apparently Covid makes simple permits very difficult). The rubber waterproofing strip as well as 2 brackets were missing from the EZ Link kit. Although I had inspected most of the items before starting building, I did not check the EZ link kit for completeness. My oversight, and my advice is to check all parts before starting, there are quite a few of them since it should be considered a 1000 piece jigsaw). Upon contacting seller/manufacturer I was told that the backlog was at least 4 months to get these parts. However, within 3 weeks the missing parts arrived by mail from the factory in Israel.Products itself is great, looks good, and was finished easily once the missing parts arrived.Installation takes 2 people 2 days for the set up with 3 units linked. We built on slight slope, so we extended the anchor posts with additional steel brackets into the concrete to allow for around 9 inches extra height.

On point
Beautiful product, shipped on time to remote location. Fun to build-totally DIY, manually from ground up 😃 I have to say this-I (slowly) backed into one post with a ¾ ton pickup. Not scratch on the post 👌product survived +200” snowfall, tree crushing Winter

Excellent carport
Carport had detailed directions that were easy to follow and although site had obstacles to overcome; eg. 2-55" x 27.5" x 23.5" holes had to be excavated in existing driveway that had 8 inch thick concrete I needed to have cut out first. I'm happy with results, it looks exactly like the picture on Amazon.I took photo's while project was taking place and attached them to review, hope they help if you decide to proceed with the Palram 5000 Wave carport.

Great carport kit
It came on time and went together like an erector set for big kids. Two person assembly in 5 hours.Once assembled it’s nice and sturdy. Has already stood up to a foot of snow and 40 mile per hour winds. One missed part in packaging was fixed with a phone call picked up on first ring. Part came the next week.Excellent customer service

Building Permit!?
There are no engineering documents so I was unable to get a permit for this. The manufacturer is in Israel and is of no assistance whatsoever. It deserves a single star but is very good looking.

Not a shade shelter. Follow up
Very good and sturdy. We purchased for our son (TBI survivor) as a sun shelter. The only disappointment is the glass is clear not tinted. So it’s not a shade shelter. We have had this now for over a year. We covered it with outdoor fabric and LV light. It has held up very well and is now a shade shelter. I would buy again.
